The following points need to be noted when using fiberglass mesh tape:

1. Keep the walls clean and dry.

2. Affix the fiberglass mesh tape to the crack and press it tightly.

3. Confirm that the gap has been covered by the mesh tape, then use a knife to cut the multi-layered glass fiber mesh tape tape, and then brush the mortar.

4. Let it air dry, then lightly sand.

5. Fill enough paint to make the surface smooth.

6. Cut off the leaked fiberglass mesh tape. Then, taking care that all cracks are properly patched, trim around the patch with a fine composite to make it as smooth as new.
